2 Things I did in 2013

SERIOUS Library!!  Bookshelves by jordan
1. Read over 120 books
2. Drank no soda for a year

I'm actually pretty surprised with the lovely triple-digit number I got.
But still, I can't get over 120. one-hundred twenty.
Some of my favorite books this year:

1. The Fault in Our Stars {John Green}
2. The Selection {Kiera Cass}
3. Clockwork Princess {Cassandra Clare}
4. Ruby Red {a German author who I can't remember -.-}
5. House of Hades {Rick Ri.}
6. Beautiful Creatures {by, you know, those two women}

and so many others.

And now for soda:
No soda for a year. Gosh. {I'm shuddering at all my old posts. oh dear.} How did I survive? I basically drank nothing...
Which isn't good. So, water. Lots of water.
And, I have had soda since the New Year. I'm sorta still deciding if I want to stop for longer or start drinking it again. The soda that I have had has upset my stomach, so i'm leaning towards no soda.

What do you think? What are you New Year's Resolutions for 2014?

    1. The Selection is fabulous. Just, GAHHH. The Elite is possibly even better, and I totally can't wait for The One. The cover recently just popped up on Pinterest and IT'S SO PURTY. O.O

      John Green is on the list of ''Authors Who Mercilessly Kill Their Characters''. Along with Veronica Roth and J.K. Rowling.

    2. I'm so proud of you...you've must have been tempted so many times to just get a little sip of the bubbly surgery fruity soda.

    3. Oh Lila, I was... 0.0 But it's so worth it at the end of the year when you think about it. Think about it whilst drinking a root beer float.
      I haven't read Looking For Alaska yet! Is it good? I read the bath/math genius one {I'm sorry, I don't remember which one it is} and I don't remember anybody actually dying in that one {John Green is making progress}.

    4. I'm so proud of you...if someone handed me a soda Id be like "YES GIVE ME!" And just drink it in two seconds.

      I like The Fault In Our Stars better,it still was a very very good book. There are some things in there aren't very appropriate and there is lots of swearing with I'm not a fan of in some books,sometimes it's okay like in Beautiful Creatures. Over all it's a great book that is wayyyyy toooooo short. It teaches you valuable lessons and makes you appreciate life.
