I just love how my blog looks, so I feel the urge to post everyday! Don't worry, I'll save you from that. ;)
1. ARE YOU READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL? The NFL is back in action along with all the college teams. Are you a fan? Who do you root for? If you're not a fan what do you do while the rest of America watches Saturday, Sunday, Monday night, and now Thursday night games?
I'm not a football fan. I root for the Stealers {I don't even know how to spell their name . . . is it the Steelers?}, but silently, and mentally in my head. I don't even watch their games {I know, I sound like a sad little loser. I'm sorry}.
2. What's something I'll always find in your closet?
Clothes {;)}, shoes, and bed sheets / blankets.
3. Share one of your earliest memories.
Whenever is was one of my family member's birthday, my grandmother would bring us brown bags with little gifts in them, even if it wasn't our birthday. :) She stopped doing it now, but we have grown up, after all.
4. What circus act best describes your week so far?
Whatever the circus gymnasts do. Sadly, I've never been to a circus.
5. What's a food you disliked as a child but you love now?
Green beans and zucchini. I had Farmer's Market green beans this afternoon, and they were lovely. Surprisingly, they tasted like potatoes.
6. Describe your summer in three words.
Lazy. Boring. Energetic {I did summer ballet}
7. Where were you on September 11, 2001? Will you do anything special to mark the day this year?
I don't know. I was JUST born then. I was probably sleeping. Or eating. Or anything other babies do.
8. Insert your own random thought here.
I have decided I want to move to London, England, when I'm 21 {maybe older}. Okay, gals, I'm serious about this. I already have a plan to save all my money, put it in my bank account {as so I can't spend it on clothes, speaking about that, I bought a charming tea and cookie ring from Etsy today. I'll post about that when it arrives}, and then when I'm old enough go and live in the ''wild''! Doesn't it sound exciting?!
P.S. I sold my Rebecca AG doll yesterday! I shipped her today. Any time now I should have more AG listings up. :)

The odd Woods of Village Port
Other wise known and titled as Snow White {I'm renaming it, though}. This is the Snow White/Hunger Games I was talking about {oddly it's not very bloody or like the Hunger Games at all. I know, I'm bad at rating/sorting things :P}. No, it's only the character happens to be a very bitter poor person. Oh, and did I mention I made this to freak myself out with it's awesomeness? Oh yeah. My mind is BLOWN! {It's late, I'm tired, I'm very sorry for creeping you out.}
Want to read the first parts? I'll give you random parts of things I like best so far:
I wake up, shivering. Was it all a bad dream? Yes, it was, my mind tells me. I settle back into the fluffy pillows, and bury myself within the swan feather down…
‘’What is your name, maiden?’’ The king asks, staring intently into my eyes . . . ‘’…’’ I cannot answer. I’m not sure why, but only a croak comes out. ‘’I will let my son decide what to call you, then,’’ the king says, and turns away.
‘’Snow,’’ he whispers, stroking at a pearl necklace. ‘’Snow White, oh my fair maiden.’’
{I know, creepy kings who'll let other people name you?! That's what I call CREEPY!!!}
The forest is a place children have been warned, many times, not to go into. The stories they tell us of the things that live in the forest are terrible, so I stop only when I can hear nothing but the panting of my breath. The commotions dies down, and I sink onto the ground, asleep.
Sadly, I can't give you more {I haven't gotten to the really creepy parts, but I have drawn pictures, which I'll show when I post more of the creepy parts.} yet, but I will as soon as possible!
Hugs and Pie,
Madeline

AG post {Things I plan on selling}
I plan on selling these on Ebay, because I think it's a more likely place than Amazon. I'll update with listings when/if I put them up. :)
Bitty Baby. Close Cropped blonde hair, blue eyes. I think his/her eyelashes are pretty short, as well. Since I've had him for a long time, his vinyl parts are slightly dirty. Nothing a good wash won't fix, though, so I might be doing that later. :p :)
Molly. Her hair is in good condition. It's smooth, just it has that layer of frizz covering. The ends are frizzy, as well. Her eyelashes are long, plus her strings. No big marks on her vinyl parts, but I can't remember all that well. All marks will be posted on Ebay.
She comes with her white thingy, sweater, skirt, and both shoes. All of those are from AG.
Rebecca. Like I said with Molly, her hair is smooth but it has a layer of frizz covering it, so it's hard to tell. She has a blue mark on her ankle {or near}. Any other marks will be posted on Ebay. Her eyelashes are long, plus her strings.
She comes with her dress, tights, underwear, and boots.
One golden button is missing from her dress.
Felicity! I'm pairing her off with some dresses {Two from AG}, so I can sell her for more. ;)
Her eyelashes are short, but her hair is in amazing condition. Since she got a new head, it's rather loose. Her strings are long. All marks will be posted on Ebay with her listing.
Her meet dress is from AG. {Click to see the tag.}
She will also come with two home-made, sewing-machine sewn dresses I bought.
And her riding outfit. Both pieces are from AG. Click to enlarge.
Bitty Baby 'Princess Outfit'. I'm pretty sure it's retired. I'll double check that later.
Bitty Baby meet outfit. This has been retired. All Bitty Baby outfits fit AGs.
This was home-made, and sewing-machine sewn. I bought it earlier.
Same thing as above. :)
The McKenna exclusive outfit! It is fairly new, and has barely been played with. It comes complete, even with the box. I plan on selling it for the price of a normal AG outfit, $28 {or at least start the bidding there.... ;)}.
It is from AG.
Some sort of Bitty outfit. :) I think this has been retired.
Sweater, BB.
The Almost complete 'flower outfit' or something like that for Bitties. All that it is missing is the note bookthingy, and the Bitty Bear Tutu. It's from AG.
Half Completed outfit, it's from Ag.
Homemade, sewing-machine jeans. It was not made by me.-
Rebecca's hat and shawl.
What do you think? Does anything tickle your fancy? ;) ASAP, I'll have the listings up. :)
~Madeline
P.S. Want to know what's happening to the other dolls?
I am keeping Kit, Katie, and Kanani for normal play. The nicer Bitty and Samantha are staying on my dresser, as a family pass-on {hopefully} one day. I am returning Ivy, and I plan to sell Kenna in a year or so for about $150. :)

hey you. yeah, you.
{Look at me, going all 'offical' and not capitalizing my words and adding periods! ;)}
Last Saturday was the end of 6 weeks. And if you know what that means....
Then you know this..
The package finally arrived! What was in it, you ask???
{My ears grew bigger over the course of six weeks ;)}
Some pearl earrings! Yes, it has been six weeks! Woot hoo! I've only tried gold earrings and these have some sort of special backs, so they won't kill my ears. I plan on going to Claire's and getting some normal, cute {cheap!} earrings, and testing them out. They also gave me coupons {when I got my ears pierced-- got to Claire's!}, so that's a bonus! :)
P.S. Update on the little boy:
He's okay. He tends to make chocolate out of honey {a.k.a. drama queen}, so I should of noticed. The guilt has vanished. I put his arm holder thingy on {he took it off} and declared I was ''injured. Give me a cookie,''. BTW, I didn't get a cookie. :P

Link Love
So, I had to skip Link Love because of promising not post. I'm really not up to the mood of adding two Link Loves together... actually, I'm really never in the mood. It's sorta becoming a chore. It was fun, the idea is awesome, but I'm not up to it. After blogging my little heart out in July I'm taking a break {a Link Love break}. So next Friday will be the last one! Because of that, I will be showing Links from any blogger {you don't have to follow me}, so email me with the link and I will post it {even if I get more than five}! Da email is:

Cottage House: Letters to Us, Part 1 // My entry
First of all, This is my entry for The Pink Dancer {the theme was Weddings/Bridal Shower}:
I found this fake flowers and thought something like this : ''CUPCAKES!'' and then I thought : ''Wait, I have a better idea! I could use this as my picture!'' Yeah, the things that go through my head...
Without further re-do, enjoy my story connected with my new room (not finished yet):
Dear Wife,
After searching for what seems forever I've found the perfect house. The house you've described as a dream is waiting for you. It's very small, but it'll be easy to add on if need be. There's a yellow walled kitchen, a single blue master bed room, and then the rest of the rooms are a creamy color. The stairs to the second floor are swirled---imagine that! There's a small flower bed in the front and then a vegetable garden in the back, complete with fruit trees. There's a small stone path leading to the lake---our lake, dear. Not big, but it'll be wonderful just to swim there.
The house comes with a few loose ends the sellers didn't want, such as:
A desk (I'll spray paint it white, if you like)
And a few other things.
The roof is brick/stone, with a straw covering. It'll be very easy to remove the straw, but it gives the cottage a cozy English look. I've found many things in the attic---there's so much stuff the sellers didn't want! I think they must be snow birds, because they have many 'exotic' things. They also left a China set; by accident or not. I'll contact them to make sure. It's a beautiful blue color.
Did I tell you? There's also a stone basement. Nothing in there, except for just one large room. I suppose we could break it down into smaller rooms.
I've just found out this morning (they decided to wait to tell it to the buyer), that there is a secret room! At the end of a hall way are French bookshelves. They are really doors---leading to a beautiful, furnished room. I'm not sure what it was used mainly for---there's a mini kitchen, den, dining room and a two bed rooms (both with prince or princess, whatever, sized beds. I suppose a prince is the size down from a queen sized bed?)
~ TOBY
Dear Husband,
Why did you call me 'dear wife'? There's nothing wrong with that, but most people would put 'dear Alissa'. Well, it doesn't matter.
The house sounds wonderful! I'm so glad you bought it. Yes, do please spray paint the desk white. I don't prefer desks any color except for white, myself.
Loose ends---to think of it! I can already imagine it...
You'll need to send me pictures some time soon. I need to know how big the kitchen is. I'd also like to see the French bookshelves, and the roof. A fake straw roof? I think it sounds fine. I'll have to check it out though first. Please tell me ALL the rooms--I'd like to know what to pack, like if we need that silly old deer head of yours.
~Alissa
It's not a thriller, or anything. I'm just trying to make it feel-good. Have I succeeded? Please comment!
P.S. It might not be letters the whole story--who knows?!

Oh, Joy
Forget I ever said I wouldn't post until next month. :P
Anyhow, something important and exciting did happen!
What was in the package, you ask? Britt!
Britt is a BFC INK doll. I had heard a few bad things about her hair, but I decided to take the risk. :)
Back of the box.
Back of the box.
IT WAS SO HARD TO GET BRITT OUT OF THE BOX!!!
Britt is very sensitive about her hair... it has this 'paste-y' thing in it. When I brushed it it looked like dandruff. :p Thankfully one tiny wash and it was out!
Britt's eyes are a blueish grayish color, and her black hair has a red tint to it.
Her hair is very thin in places, so sometimes it looks like poor Britt is going bald.
She tried on my Doll Diaries tee-shirt!
Her ears come pierced, but without earrings.
This is her shoe compared to an AG shoe. It is much thinner, shaped, and just a bit longer.
Britt's dress is really an AG shirt! It needed to be pinned in the back.
Britt can wear AG earrings. Her piercing hole is about as big as an AG's.
She's very photogenic....
She came with this. I'm not sure what it will do; I haven't found out yet.
She was too happy about the apple, until she found out it was plastic!
Her shoe seems to be a little big.

Going away to find some real food...
Britt has painted on underwear, like Barbies (at least most Barbies... :O). She has a developed figure, if you're wondering.
She's much thinner than AGs, but she's just as tall.
I am very happy with Britt! She's a beautiful doll, I suggest her for older doll collectors. She might be a little frustrating for younger ones.
